Kimberley Miners Welfare is a non-league club presently in the United Counties League Premier Division North, the fifth tier of non-league football in England (and thus the 9th tier overall of organized football in England). The club were formed in 1926 and are nicknamed 'The Miners.' Team colors are red and black stripes.

The club now play their home games at the 1,000-capacity Stag Ground on a natural turf pitch. Before that the club spent 81 years off and on at the Digby Street ground adjacent to Digby Colliery. Kimberley MW's 15-year tenure agreement at The Stag began in 2012.

The ground was once home to Kimberley Town Football Club (founded 1886) until they folded in 2012 after over a 120 years in existence.

The ground has floodlighting, covered seating for about 100 people and a social club.

Population around 6,000, Kimberley is 10 km northwest of Nottingham on the A610. The nearest railway station is Bulwell. The station is just one stop from Nottingham, but it is over an hour on foot (4.6 km) from here to The Stag. The best way to get to the ground is by rainbow one bus from Nottingham (Upper Parliament Street U5) or outside St Barnabas Cathedral. Journey time is about 30 minutes. The Trentbarton rainbow one bus to Eastwood runs about every ten minutes from Nottingham city center. Get off at the Nottingham Road stop just opposite the ground and just before a branch of Sainsbury's.
