Fifa's World Rankings for July 2024 were published on July 18, 2024 at FIFA HQ in Zurich in Switzerland.

There were a few changes in the top 10 teams since June, 2024.

World Cup winners Argentina remain at the top of the rankings, France are still second followed by Euro 2024 winners Spain, who leapfrog beaten finalists England.

Next comes Brazil, Belgium, The Netherlands, Portugal, Colombia, and Euro 2020 winners Italy.

Morocco who reached the semifinals in Qatar are still the top African team in 14th place. Wales are 30th. The USA are in 16th place, down five from June.

Australia are in 24th place (down 1 from June); Japan are in 18th position. Near neighbors, South Korea are 23rd in the rankings. Scotland are in 48th place down 9 spots from the previous rankings.

The Republic of Ireland are in 58th place, up two, while Northern Ireland are in 74th place, down 1 slot. The lowest-ranked team is San Marino in 210th place with Eritrea unranked.
